Groovy Morning

Went and had myself a nice groovy morning on the Miller 9'6" out at DH. Glassy with a few pulses still coming through from the weekend south swell. Not many people out early this morning. The sunrise was spectacular as it popped up over the one or two clouds in the sky. Everyone was smiling and the lineup was uncrowded. Guess everyone's recovering from the superbowl or headed in early to work. Managed a nice little cover up on a late takeoff, but overall quick drops, snaggle to the nose and then a short glide before the wave flattened out. Saw all sorts of regulars in the water. Slight breeze came up around 9 when I got out of the water. Heard there's a bit left in town also. Oh yeh!
